Compassionate Language (Nonviolent Communication)- a practice to support peace within yourself so as to speak and listen in ways that lead to connection and understanding.

Heart FELT curriculum. SEE guidance on Resource page for pricing.

$125.00

Heart FELT curriculum.

Digital curriculum with 39 sessions! Plus video links and visuals.

Purpose: To practice a FELT SENSE of, and remember, habits of the heart - interdependence, shared power and compassion.

To transform habits of domination, colonizing culture - blame, judgment, punishment, and power over - in the body, where we store our learning.

This can be used in a learning group or community, with certification candidates, in self-study, etc. It is self-paced and has everything you need for a lesson plan already to go! It used the Pathway to Libration Matrix created by 4 certified trainers, The Core Commitments created by Miki Kashtan, and the Key Distinctions from the Center for Nonviolent Communication. It also brings in a lens of the obstacles when we have identities that have access to resources to meet needs and obstacles when we don't or haven't had identities with access to resources to meet needs currently, or historically.

For ease and transparency, along with hoping to support accessibility, here are some ideas:
$100 -150 US dollars if you or your group have sustainability and feel joy supporting this project.
$150-300 US dollars to have the curriculum and use in a group with shared facilitation if you have abundance of sustainability and have joy supporting this project, and increasing access for others.
$50-100 US dollars if you and/or the group somewhat have needs for sustainability met.
$0-50 US dollars if for you or the group are challenged by sustainability.
** If you don't know what to put, put $125.
We who have helped to shape this curriculum, strive to hold any contribution as caring for sustainability for all. We would like there to be no barrier to having this program available to anyone. We hope and want to support for it to be translated into different languages and to be used and to evolve.  And we would love to have support for the time, effort, energy, attention, and love put into this offering.  We want to approach money with honesty, humility, and care. It is vitally important to us  that everyone can trust that we as the stewards of Heart FELT only want to receive contributions if it’s truly freely given, out of your desire to support something you believe in; only what you are moved to give, if you are, and only if you are able to do so without hardship, resentment or expectation.
